HOURS AVAILABLE

We have day, evening, and weekend appointments Monday through Saturday available for your convenience, and can usually schedule your home inspection within a day or two of your call.

This lets you check with your agent (if you are using one) regarding the ability to gain access to the property to be inspected, and for the sellers to be contacted by the you or your agent to let them know when you and the inspector will be coming. To get the best inspection for a vacant house, all utilities should be turned on at the property if at all possible.
