How
the reports are delivered
The H.I.S. Property Inspection report
and picture files are emailed to you the next day if you have internet
capabilities, but we also mail out a report package to you by Priority Mail
the day after your inspection.
This H.I.S. report package includes a
bound report, a change of address packet, a moving checklist, a realty
glossary, information on smoke detectors, home safety, security and disaster
preparedness.
Why
don't we offer those instant "onsite" reports?
Because the inspector takes the time
to evaluate the photographs and other information gathered onsite so he can
give you a more thorough and understandable report after careful review.
After 22 years in the inspection
business, we feel you get a better, easier to read report this way, and you
don't have to stay at the property with the inspector as long. We don't take
up the time you, your agent, or the homeowner while we complete the report
onsite. We respect the fact that your lives are very busy and time is a
valuable commodity during the home buying/selling process.
