LEAD PAINT
If a home
was built before 1978, under federal law a buyer must be given a pamphlet
that identifies the risks of lead based paint.
Sellers must disclose any knowledge of lead based paint because it has been
shown to cause possible serious health problems, especially in young
children.
Below are some informative sites to help you gain a better understanding of
this problem. Testing is always at your own discretion.
H.I.S. Home Inspections does not test for lead based paint at this time.
