Fast and efficient! This section allows the office staff or the inspector to quickly ask for all the contact information needed when scheduling an appointment. The inspector
out in the field will know when, where, how much, and whether the appointment was confirmed.
It's like taking the office with you to the inspection. You can gather all the information you need about the real estate agents, too. Use this
form to create a database for Realtors. Great for advertising, thank you notes, holiday cards, and more! No more surprises! This section gives the inspector in the field information about the property to be inspected. What type of inspection, whether the home is occupied or vacant, size and age, bedrooms and baths, furnace type, lockbox number, who will be attending, what concerns the buyers have, and more! Know it all! These sections let the inspector in the field know whether other inspectors (termite, radon, mold, etc.) have been scheduled or will arrive during the inspection. They also allow the office staff to track who referred the client to the company, who to deliver the report to, by what method, when it was delivered, and by whom. SECTION FOUR Any special instructions the inspector needs to know or complicated directions to the home can be included in this section.
